In addition to buying directly from the Crumhorn Labs on-line shop, you can buy Hauptwerk, sample sets for it, and other associated equipment from one of our approved resellers/distributors, who may be able to provide some advice and support in other languages or provide additional services and faster delivery within your country. All of our resellers can respond very proficiently to email in English, even if their websites are in a language other than English.
Important note: The Hauptwerk software, documentation, forum and on-line shop are currently available from Crumhorn Labs in the English language only. Although we hope to provide translations of Hauptwerk and its documentation in the longer term, we can make no guarantees about when or if that will happen. Crumhorn Labs is only able to provide support or answer questions in English. You must be aware of and accept those restrictions if you buy a licence for Hauptwerk and English is not your first language.
