Here's the divisional combination programming panel of the St. Anne's, Moseley sample set. Sets of combinations can be saved and loaded. Hauptwerk also includes a fully-programmable registration sequencer allowing you to step through registrations with a single press of a piston:

The crescendo programming panel. The St. Anne's sample set crescendo pedal has 40 stages, programmable with this panel. You can save and load the settings in Hauptwerk's combination files:

The wind tab on the St. Anne's sample set shows the calculated air pressures and reservoir bellows levels at various points around the wind supply system. The air flows and pressures are modelled in Hauptwerk using a complex physical model built on fluid dynamics principles, so that every pipe, regulator, wind-chest and blower interacts subtly and realistically with every other. Even air flow turbulence and the air pressure inside the swell box is modelled:
